Is Afterpay available?
Yes.

How much is shipping?
We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand for a flat rate of $14.99 NZD per order. Rural delivery addresses incur a shipping fee of $19.99 NZD per order. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 🚚🇳🇿

Are the stickers really waterproof?
Yes. However, we do not recommend using a dishwasher, scrubbing them with a sponge, or soaking the bottle for extended periods. You can safely wash the bottle with mild soapy water. Is it leak-proof?
Yes, when properly closed.

Can I take the straw apart for cleaning?
Yes, and you should. Cleaning all parts helps prevent buildup and keeps it fresh. The box includes two straws. 

Does it keep drinks hot and cold?
Yes. The double-walled stainless steel bottle keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

Can I remove or reposition the stickers?
They are designed to stay on once applied, so we recommend placing them carefully. 

Do I need a New Zealand address to order?
We currently ship within New Zealand. If you would like to order from overseas, please contact us, and we will try to arrange shipping (additional costs may apply).

If you’re travelling and don’t have a permanent New Zealand address, we can deliver to hostels, hotels, Airbnbs, businesses, or a friend’s address. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out.
